We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales to effectively drive revenue growth by closing sales and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Requirements:
- Aggregate of 75% or above marks in class 10th, 12th, and Graduation (BBA/BCom/BSc/Journalism/BTech).
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
